I asked Chi for colors and an outfit, and she told me off-white and pastel pink; and a frilly dress or shirt&skirt with ribbons.
This was based on a children's Victorian style dress I found online, and I love how it turned out <3 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHIIIII~ Base = [link] made by  Done in paint and stayed late to submit, as always  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
